How to delete your Hotmail account permanently

Log in to your account on hotmail after that 

1. Open  Close your account link.
2. click the checkboxes to acknowledge you have read items.
3. In the Select a reason drop-down list, choose the reason you're closing the account.
4. Click Mark account for closure.
